Now more than ever adults are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about themselves, their relationships, and their lives. I support adults of all ages and identities, particularly women in their 20s and 30s, who are navigating life with anxiety and trauma. My approach is holistic and encompasses both the mind and body to ensure a more comprehensive and effective therapeutic experience. We will engage in insightful discussions about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while making meaningful interpretations and connections. We will also focus on processing emotions and learning to cope using mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic based practices.
